I.V.A.C. - The Indus Valley Ayurvedic Centre



Known as the cultural capital of Karnataka, Mysore has a lot of structures and palaces to boast about. However, what you may not be well aware of is, the fact that Ayurveda flourishes in abundance over here. 

The Ayurvedic, Indus Valley Treatment Centre (IVAC), which has been founded by Dr. Talavane Krishna, can be found at the foothills of the golden, Chamundi hills.  It is set in 29 acres of lush gardens, which is 6 kms away from the main city; this classy retreat offers some therapies, which have their roots in ancient scriptures and prescriptions. 

 

Talavane who spent over three decades in the USA, UK and Canada where he had practiced as a a consultant Anesthesiologist; decided to return to India in 1994 to setup this Ayurvedic Centre, owing to his deep passion for Ayurveda and Vedic sciences which was inspired because of his spiritual master.  

 

The Centre is known for serving as a wellness centre and has been built according to Vaastu principles. Moreover it has been named the best Ayurvedic Wellness Centre in India for 2017. Some of the finest facilities have been utilised at this resort making it an Ayurvedic wellness spa of international standard. It is a member of the Medical Tourism Association as an Ayurvedic Spa and Clinic. 

 

Well known for offering Panchakarma services, the centre is also known for being a hotspot for Yogic activities and Vaastu Shastra, Pulse Diagnosis, Ayurveda treatments for the rejuvenation, body purification, distress, detox and cure related treatments for a number of health conditions and body conditions. This retreat is a highly recommended getaway for all those seeking serious Ayurvedic solutions and Ayurvedic centric getaways from their chaotic schedules, offering peace of mind as a solution.
