Snaping out of Victim Mentality

Or, even come across people in our own lives who feel that everything that has happened to them is because of an unfair event? Many people are not even aware that they are in such situations and they are limiting themselves – by blaming themselves or someone else.   Just as easy as it is to criticise those mired in a victim mindset, it’s easier than you think to sink into one yourself! In life, everyone is the victim of something, but not everyone CHOOSES to behave with a victim mentality! Avocado Tomato Super Salad

--> Ingredients 1 Avocado 1 Tomato 1 Onion 1 Celery Stalk Lime 1 Tsp Olive Oil 2 Tsp Vinaigraitte S/P to taste Romaine Lettuce or Iceberg lettuce Feta Cheese cut into small cubes (more for serving) (you can add corn if you want) 1.  Cut  the  avocado  into half and gently twist ·       Slice through the  avocado  lengthwise until you can feel the knife hit the pit.         Open the two halves ·       Remove the pit out and throw it away ... ·       Use the knife to make avocado slices in a horizontal manner – and scoop out the avocado flesh (gently not breaking through the avocado peel) ·       The other half can either be scooped out from the peel or mashed up. 2.
