Shocking Deaths Caused by Gym


A lot of times, strenuous exercises can be one of the main reasons for the short-term risk of heart attacks and cardiac arrests. In young people, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and congenital coronary anomalies are quite frequent whereas in elder victims coronary artery atherosclerosis. Although death during exercise is very rare, vigorous physical activity is known to be associated with an increased risk of fatality. There are many famous people who are known to have passed away as a result of over-exertion in the gym. Some of these people include:

 

1)    Siddhaant Surryavanshi:  Also known as Anand Surryavanshi, Siddhaant Surryavashi collapsed while working out in a gym in Mumbai on 1st November 2022. As a result of cardiac arrest, this 46-year-old is survived by his wife, Russian model Alesia Raut and 2 daughters.

2)    Sagar Pandey: Actor Salman Khans, body double died on September 30th, 2022. While at the gym, working out he suddenly collapsed and was immediately taken to the hospital. Having worked with Salman Khan in over 50 films this actor, this 50-year-old actor was also well-known in the Bhojpuri film industry.     

3)    Raju Srivastav: Known as Satya Srivastav and professionally Raju Srivastav died on 21st September 2022 after complaining of chest pains while running on the treadmill in the gym. He underwent an angioplasty and was then put on a ventilator. There was quite a swelling observed in his brain during his treatment prior to his death.

4)    Puneet Rajkumar: Colloquially known as Appu, Dr Puneet Rajkumar died on his way to the hospital at the age of 46.  An Indian actor, playback singer, television presenter and producer who worked in the Kannada cinema, Rajkumar was also known as a “Power Star” by his fans. He is survived by his wife and two daughters.

5)    Abir Goswami: An Indian actor known for his roles in Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara, Woh Rehne Waali Mehlon Ki, Kkusum, Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi and many roles in Bengali cinema, Abir died at the age of 38 due to cardiac arrest while on the treadmill.
