An Epic Movie - Michael (2026)
Biopics are everywhere these days. But Michael (2026) feels so different right from the very first frame. We all have heard of Michael Jackson; most of his fans were fans of his music, but were you aware that behind all that fame and worldwide success, there was a man who was constantly fighting against pressure, loneliness, and a lot of expectations? A nostalgic ride, this movie takes us on an emotional journey right from the first beat of Billie Jean to the final emotional performance.
Film director Antoine Fuqua brings the King of Pop to life right in front of you and has you humming and singing right from your seat. His sensational moonwalk has you reliving history and nostalgia from the family band Jackson 5. In this movie, we are taken on a journey where we see glittering jackets, explosive stage lights, and, of course, the unforgettable moonwalk.
Rather than opening like a movie, it opens like a concert right in the cinema! With millions of fans across the world, Michael was not just a singer; he was an entire era. With this movie, the actor has done an exceptional job at recreating the magic of Michael Jackson. This music autobiography, which lasts 127 minutes (2 hours and 7 minutes), features Jermaine Jackson (nephew of Michael Jackson and son of the second vocalist of Jackson 5). The resemblance between Michael and Jermaine Jackson, particularly when they were younger, is due to their shared "Jackson features. Both inherited high cheekbones and similar eye shapes have often been noted, and the general "Jackson look" is common among the siblings. Astonishingly similar, many fans have noted that Jermaine and Michael had the most similar singing voices. The dancing was certainly impeccable!
Taken on an instant cinematic energy and pull, viewers are literally reliving the Michael Jackson days with hits such as Billie Jean, Thriller and Bad (besides songs from the Jackson 5)
The movie has been filmed in California, s specifically within the Los Angeles area and Santa Barbara area, as well as real-life locations such as Neverland Ranch in Los Olivos and Hayvenhurst in Encino.
I wasn’t really aware that Michael Jackson had suffered severe second- and third-degree burns to his scalp. Some of the parts in California, where it was also filmed were Millennium Biltmore Hotel and Sony Pictures Studios in Los Angeles are some of the parts of California used for filming Michael.
All in all, I feel that this movie is certainly one that everyone must watch.
