  If you are an aspiring filmmaker, director, producer, screenwriter or actor; the OUTSIDERS FILM festival is where you should have been this Wednesday – the 22 nd  of November, 2023.  With an ensemble of 8 short- films; writer- Tarun Agarwal, under his prolific start-up company Icon Business Forum, organised this initiative along with director- Param Kalra at The Veda Factory, Andheri.
