  Held every two years, the ICC Men's T20 World Cup , India has the highest victory percentage in T20 World Cups. Having won the Men's T20 World Cup three times, India is the most successful team, with victories in the inaugural tournament in 2007, and recently in 2024 and yesterday (2026), the latter two being consecutive wins, a first in T20 World Cup history. They also finished as runners-up in 2014.     The 2026 victory made history as India became the first team to win T20 World Cups consecutively. With depth in bowling and batting, India was able to handle high-pressure knockouts and brilliant wickets. For many people, reading has always been an activity of joy and pursuing a hobby – entertaining oneself – devouring books of one author after another. An intellectually stimulating activity that is often inspiring and relaxing has quickly become a difficult task.   Growing up always felt like we were moving toward a destination.   Recently, on 19th February 2026 — exactly one week before I turn forty — I had the opportunity to share my journey and insights about pursuing a career in writing with undergraduate literature students at the prestigious IMC Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
